Principle of inclined roller sand press:
Based on the principle of material layer crushing, Roller sand press mainly squeezes and crushes materials through the high pressure formed between two relatively rotating rollers. The material enters the roller press from the upper feed port and forms a material layer between the two rollers. As the rollers rotate, the material is subjected to high pressure and is gradually compressed, crushed and ground. Finally, the crushed material is discharged from the bottom. Since it is crushed by the material layer, the impact force on the material is small, thereby reducing dust and energy waste.
