Working Principle：
Slurry pump makes sand-water mixture delivery to whirlcone. The fine sand concentrated by centrifugal classification through the sand setting nozzle is provided to vibrating screen. After the vibrating screen dewatering, fine sand and water are effectively separated. Small amount of fine sand and mud are returned by the return box back to the cleaning tank. When the cleaning tank level is higher, fine sand and mud are discharged through the discharging port. The recycled material weight concentration of the linear vibrating screen is 70% - 85%. Control fineness modulus can be achieved by changing the pump speed, changing slurry concentration, regulating the quantity of the overflow water, and replacing the sand discharge port. Thus, three kinds of functions including cleaning, dewatering and classification are achieved.
