1. The normal operating temperature of the bearing box of the crushing and screening machinery is 40~60 degrees Celsius. The allowable temperature cannot exceed 70 degrees Celsius. After half an hour of operation, if the temperature exceeds 70, it means that there is a certain problem with the bearing box, and the machine should be stopped for maintenance in time.

2. When the crushing and screening machinery is running under load, the feed particle size is not allowed to exceed the maximum particle size allowed by the equipment.

3. During the initial feeding process of the crushing and screening machinery, there is usually an unbalanced process of about 30~60s. In this case, the feeding cannot be stopped, and the feed amount should be increased as much as possible until the vibration decreases. When the feed particles are large, intermittent vibration will occur, and it will return to normal after a few seconds. This is because one of the rotor's throwing heads is stuck by a stone, forming a normal situation where the accumulated material is washed away, so there is no need to be nervous.

4. During the operation of the crushing and screening machinery, the vibration intensifies, indicating that there may be uneven wear between the wear-resistant parts and the rotor. This is caused by the unbalanced state of the asymmetric rotor and the accumulated material, or the looseness of the pulley cone sleeve. After the normal vibration is eliminated, the machine can be stopped for inspection. In addition, a vibration switch installed on the sand making machine can also be set. When unbalanced vibration is detected, it will automatically stop to avoid equipment damage and personal injury.

5. The wear-resistant parts of crushing and screening machinery are designed to protect the rotor body from wear. In order to ensure the trouble-free operation of the sand making machine, the inspection of the rotor wear parts and the machine lining must be included in the routine, and the wear parts that cannot meet the requirements of a working shift must be replaced in time. Every 8-10 hours of operation, check the inside and outside of the rotor and the sand making machine, and add grease to the bearing box.
