We, the staff of Shanghai Zhuyan Heavy Industry Technology Co., Ltd during the National Day holiday, 

while relaxing and vacationing, strive to consciously study the “Mechanism Sand and Gravel Aggregate

 Plant Design Code” (GB 51186-2016), to further understand the environmental background conditions

 of the customer's site, the characteristics of the ores, the crushing equipment working principle and 

performance characteristics, as well as to establish a reasonable selection of crushing equipment 

program of the requirements, to lay a good foundation for the work after the National Day holiday, 

and to produce more green and low-carbon crushing products.

(1) for the mechanism of sand and gravel aggregate friability ore or medium friability ore, it is 

appropriate to use three crushing closed-circuit screening process; for friable ore, it is appropriate

 to use two or a single crushing closed-circuit screening process;

(2) The coarse crushing equipment for refractory and moderately friable ores can choose gyratory 

crusher and jaw crusher, and the coarse crushing equipment for friable ores can choose hammer 

crusher and impact crusher;

(3) Cone crusher is preferred for medium and fine crushing equipment for difficult and medium 

friable ores, and impact crusher, hammer crusher and vertical shaft impact crusher are preferred 

for medium and fine crushing equipment for friable ores.
