In this project, Tongchuan Zeyao Company proposed detailed requirements and technical specifications, hoping to establish a sand making and washing production line that can efficiently produce and process sand and gravel. According to customer needs, our company recommended and provided the following key equipment:

Vertical roller press: used for coarse crushing and granulation of sand and gravel, improving the processing efficiency and particle size control of raw materials.

Vibrating screen: used to screen and classify processed sand and gravel particles to ensure product quality and consistency.

Sand washing machine: performs the washing process to remove impurities and dust from sand and gravel, and improves the cleanliness and market competitiveness of the finished product.

Sand washing recycling device: effectively recycles and utilizes water resources and fine particles in the sand washing process to maximize resource utilization.
